Thanks to this and other optimized properties, you can use this product to polish automotive glass, such as your windshield, to great effect. Please note that removing scratches from glass requires patience and polishing experience. Very deep scratches that can be clearly felt with a fingernail can only be removed to a limited extent. In such cases, you should consult a professional for further options.
For using our Glass Corrector, we recommend exclusively using the glass pads we provide. Our glass pads are based on a specially compressed felt which, unlike most other felt pads, retains the necessary firmness of the compressed fibers for a long time – essential for polishing glass.
To remove scratches from glass, use only rotary polishers! Dual-action (DA) machines cannot achieve sufficient cut to remove scratches from glass.
Dual-action polishers can only be used with our Glass Corrector to intensively clean glass panes (e.g. to remove limescale spots).
Always observe all safety instructions when handling chemicals and polishing machines. Keep an eye on all aspects such as heat build-up during polishing. If problems occur or you are unsure about the application, hire a professional to carry out the glass polishing work with our Glass Corrector.
